At I-Rise we work with the young person to identify their needs and presenting risk factors, incorporating this into their support and pathway plans to capture the young person’s plans for the future, with a clear focus on their goals and ambitions. The plans are reviewed on a regular basis to measure changes that may have occurred, including how the identified risks can be managed or reduced.
semi-independent accommodation
We provide semi-independent accommodation and support service to young people aged 16+. All members of staff work to improve the experience of all young people who access our service

24 staffed accommodation
As well as providing 24 staffed accommodation and key work sessions, we are also able to provide assessments on young people placed with us to ensure that their individual needs are met whilst we prepare them to lead independent lives within the future.
