Our Approach

The cornerstone of the service that we offer is based on person centred approach, systemic principles and multiagency approach:

Systemic Approach

Our ethos of our support is embedded in systemic principles to
support our young people , we use the principles to work with the
young person to act, think and view the world, as it recognises that
individuals are always embedded in their social context; the belief
that there is capacity for change, thereby encouraging our young
people to take control of their lives

Person Centred approach

We put the young person at the centre of planning and decisions that affect them as when they are meaningfully involved it can change
their attitude and behaviour as it makes them active partners who work with adults to bring about change. We build on each young person’s strengths to develop their independence through daily living skills, support into education, training and/or employment.

Multi Agency Approach

We work in Partnership with other organisations such as health,
education to improve outcomes for young people .
